Synopsis of Play:

Like all people, African American men and women share in the joys, pains, trials, and triumphs of life, and are much more than the caricatures and stereotypes presented through the media. Through a series of compelling vignettes, Black Men, Black Women, Black Lives displays the very human ways in which black people socialize, converse, and connect as well as how they face, overcome, and are sometimes consumed by the challenges of poverty, misogyny, emasculation, institutional racism and limited educational resources…
