FREE COVID-19 & ANTIBODY TESTING

Dear Plainfield Public Schools Staff, Educators and Parents,

The Plainfield Public School District has partnered with the Interfaith Urgent Care, a non-profit community service organization in New Jersey, and the City of Plainfield to offer FREE COVID-19 and ANTIBODY Testing for all Employees, Parents and Students.

The testing will be held Thursday, August 27, 2020,  from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Plainfield High School, 950 Park Avenue at the Stelle Avenue Parking Lot. 

Registration is suggested; however, no one will be turned away.

The test is free, but if you have insurance please bring your insurance card.  The insurance will cover the lab work. If you do not have insurance Interfaith Urgent Care will cover the cost.

Photo ID is required.  Please bring photo ID.

A parent or guardian must accompany students under the age of 18.
